2. Make any deposit toward your donation of $100.00. (It breaks down to a $50.00 donation each year for each of the 4 years to cover the student and parents’ tickets for Grad Night). Parents attend this memorable celebration with their Grad.
Grad night tickets are subject to increase but as we continue to fund raise and we meet our fundraising goals, we will try to keep the cost of Grad Night tickets for your student to $100.00.

WHAT IS THE GRAD NIGHT CELEBRATION?
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?
High School and San Antonio High School. In addition, seniors who are within 10 credits of graduating in June, and students who have passed the State Proficiency Exam or the GED who would have graduated with the class that is celebrating.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost for the student ticket is a donation of $100 each. Parent tickets are additional. Graduates must attend with at least one parent. The ticket price includes dinner, dancing, and a family photo. The students also enjoy the after-party that includes entertainment and all-night refreshments.
WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE MY RESERVATIONS IN?
Reservations should be made as soon as possible to allow the committee to properly plan. The final deadline for reservations will be announced. Donations may be made anytime on our website www.claremontclassof2020.com. Partial donations are accepted.
DO MY PARENTS NEED TO ATTEND?
YES! Graduates MUST be accompanied by a parent, step-parent, or an adult guardian. Students of blended families are allowed to have both sets of parents attend.
WHERE IS THE PARTY?
The location is a closely guarded secret until the night of graduation. It will be within 15 miles of Claremont. Festivities begin immediately following graduation, and dinner will be served at 8:30 PM. Plan ahead so you don’t miss out on anything.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO?
Information packets and maps to the location will be handed out at CHS immediately following the commencement ceremony. Graduates with reservations and whose parent or the previously designated adult chaperone accompanying them is present will receive a packet.
HOW DO I GET TO THE PARTY LOCATION?
Each graduate MUST ride to the party with his/her parent(s) or previously designated adult chaperone. Graduates may not drive to the location by themselves.
WHEN DO THE PARENTS LEAVE THE PARTY?
All parents, unless they are designated after-party chaperones, are requested to leave the party at midnight.
CAN I LEAVE THE PARTY BEFORE IT ENDS?
For safety reasons, all graduates must remain at the party until the designated time to leave, unless they leave with their parents prior to midnight. If a graduate chooses to leave with his/her parents, the graduate MUST sign out.
CAN I SIT WITH MY FRIENDS AT THE PARTY?
You will be seated with your parents during the dinner portion of the evening. There will be room at the table for at least one friend and their parents. When you complete your reservation, you can note the friends that you wish to sit with. Those requested must have completed their reservation and, preference in seating will be given in the order of reservations made. Seating assignment is only for the dinner portion of the party.

All parents are welcome to assist in the Celebration planning and production! If they have an area of particular interest, they can contact the Class of 2018 Boosters and someone will respond to them with further information.
